The 3rd dose is required in Indonesia, total lifting of restrictions in Belize: an update on what you need to know.

Indonesia: travelers who haven’t had their 3rd dose must get tested

As reported by Le Petit JournalHealth requirements for travelers changed on July 17. The third dose of vaccine is now the criterion that defines the entry formalities for arrivals by air, sea and land. If the vaccination is complete (3 doses), no test is required. If the vaccination includes only 2 doses, travelers must present a negative PCR test less than 72 hours old or a negative antigen test less than 24 hours old. Finally, if the vaccination includes only one dose, travelers must present a negative PCR test less than 72 hours old.

What about children? Children between the ages of 6 and 17 are also required to present a vaccination certificate. If the vaccination consists of two doses, they will not need to perform an antigenic or PCR test. If the vaccination is a single dose, then a negative PCR test less than 72 hours old will be required. As a reminder, children under six years of age do not need to present a vaccination certificate.

Belize: lifting of all restrictions to enter the country

As of July 19, Belize has lifted all restrictive measures to enter the country. Visitors are no longer required to show proof of vaccination, or a negative Covid-19 test upon arrival. Along with the removal of entry requirements, the purchase of Belize health insurance is now optional for entry, but is still encouraged to protect against any emergency medical or non-medical expenses that may be incurred in relation to Covid-19.
