Five arrested by Canada Border Services Agency

Five people were arrested Thursday in Chapel Arm following an Immigration and Refugee and Protection Act investigation by the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA).

The arrests are related to accusations of working in Canada without authorization, according to a CBSA news release.

No other details are available at this time.

Another news services says they are from Ireland and England and started up a onstruction company. Sure, kick out the Irishmen and keep every person with terrorist ties in the country! Sure, kick out the working Irishmen and keep every illegal foreigner who is not working or is working as a drug dealer or prositute. Priorities please!

If these people were starting a business in Newfoundland, they should stay. I think that these border guards should be spending their time on the ones that sneek into the country from overseas i.e. China, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Vietnamese, or whatever nationality (I do not have any bias against any nationality and they are welcome as long as they are coming to WORK and not make us pay for their social assistance). How many have slipped into Canada through Vancouver and Calgary, and are now living off the welfare paid by the working class in Canada. Also, if you don't like our rules and regulations of our country, please stay home and do not come and protest. We have enough of our own that do that now.
