Propone heating fuel is also up this morning, by 1.8 cents cpl.

Prices of other fuels are down, however, with diesel motor fuel decreasing by 0.6 cpl. Furnace heating fuel is down by .16 cents per litre and stove heating fuel is down by .32 cpl.
