Public Advisory: Placentia Lift Bridge Closure Scheduled for Friday

The Department of Transportation and Works advises the SirAmbrose SheaLift Bridge in Placentia will be closed from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. tomorrow (Friday,August 10) to accommodate ongoing repair work.

In the event of an emergency, the bridge will be opened to a single lane to allow emergency vehicles to cross. Detour signage will be in place to direct traffic around the community until the repair work is complete.
