Siobhan Coady did not even go over and shake Ryan Cleary's hand like Todd Russell did for Penashue. Her house is only 5 minutes away from where he held his election night returns and victory party. Not Classy at all.

Oh c'mon with your sky is falling the world will explode and Canada will freeze over. I never saw such a bunch of whiners in all my life. Bad winners and even sorer losers. Finally some work will get done without the opposition crying and voting out of spite because it's not their idea. You should be a lot more concerned about what Layton will do! That's scary. One look to B.C, Ont. and N.S will show you that. The people voted so deal with it. Finally Canada will get back on track after 15 years of Liberal mess and scandal and corruption and giving us the weakest criminal friendly laws in the world. Now we will be the Canada we once were and not a spineless soft bunch of cry baby tree huggers. Good riddence Iggy, they would have overthrown you anyways in a backroom takeover like you and your last 5 leaders went through. Go back to the US to Harvard.

Welcome Newfoundlanders especially from Labrador to a refreshing new reality for Canadians who want to be rewarded for their work and not living off of hand outs. Lets move on and get our great country moving toward a better tomorrow. Love from BC

May as well start wearing your tinfoil hats now. Harper got a majority. This country is screwed and I've lost all faith in my nation.

as so stated by one of Harper's own from out west. Now that he has a majority we will soon see some of those alliance policies coming, and of course there will be no stopping him. Goodbye to all funded women's groups, good bye to choices for women , Western Canada wanted to rule with their agenda and they will. If you thought he was a two faced leader before will watch out now. can you say fundamentalists crazy well that's what you will get. TORIE TIMES IS HARD TIMES.

Honest to Gawd....how can all these adults with no more sense than Chicken Little put their pants on in the morning? How do you survive every day, with such irrational, baseless fears running constantly through your tiny minds? Did the sun rise in the sky today? If so, I'm sure Jack Layton will be taking credit on the CBC later tonight.

"irrational, baseless fears running constantly through... minds" And that children, is how the Harperites won. Okay, now everybody back to your looms or no gruel.

now everybody back to your looms or no gruel..." That, my friends, is what you call absolute, though totally unintended confirmation. Thanks for that, Chicken Little jr.
