Unadjuvanted vaccine for women less than 20 weeks pregnant will be available beginning tomorrow, November 4th.
Within the St. John's metro area, pregnant women can attend any one of the clinics listed below to receive their immunization. Pregnant women who are unable to attend a clinic within the St. John's area can call 752-5252 to arrange an appointment.
Outside the metro area, women are asked to make an appointment to be immunized. You can make this appointment by calling 1-877-720-2323.
Individuals who meet the new criteria, announced by government today, will not be immunized until Thursday, November 5th, when the additional supply of vaccine becomes available.
Times for these clinics will be posted November 4 on the Eastern Health website, www.easternhealth.ca.
